I’ve been a leading repair tech in the stone industry for the last 3-4 years operating for one of the largest suppliers of cabinets and countertops in Georgia. I’ve been a contractor for almost 15 years focusing on kitchen and bathroom remodels, repairs, upgrades/renovations and everything in between. If it lives in a kitchen or bathroom or has a sink or toilet or cabinet, I can improve it. I’m a very small business having almost no overhead cost so I can afford to give customers the lowest fair price and work on projects that would otherwise be too big a liability for larger companies and outfits. Zach replaced an old broken window air conditioner with a new unit. He cleaned the entire window area and fixed the window so it now closes at the top. He also installed some new blinds. He was on time and worked hard every minute he was here. He responds right away to requests. No complaints. My money was well spent!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Zach. He responded quickly to my repair requests and was easy to schedule with and even stopped at Home Depot for a doorknob for me on the way to my house. The main repair was on the headboard of an expensive bed that I honestly thought was unfixable. But Zach did a great job and the bed is good as new. Seeing the quality of his work online and how easy he was to work with is making me figure out which countertops and cabinets I need to replace first so I can hire him for that too!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. Once we agree on a price, if something takes me longer or is more difficult than I anticipated or hurdles and unforeseen obstacles raise my costs, the customer only pays for what we agreed to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Figure out scope of work
2. Agree to timeline and cost
3. Find and procure all materials
4. Leave a happy customer
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done a lot of training seminars and just going out and meeting manufacturers is the best training. Not many people know how to do something like the people who make the product.
