- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. Once we agree on a price, if something takes me longer or is more difficult than I anticipated or hurdles and unforeseen obstacles raise my costs, the customer only pays for what we agreed to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Figure out scope of work 2. Agree to timeline and cost 3. Find and procure all materials 4. Leave a happy customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done a lot of training seminars and just going out and meeting manufacturers is the best training. Not many people know how to do something like the people who make the product
