I contacted JLS at the last minute. We ran into an issue and needed help ASAP! I chose them based on their 5-star rating and the reviews. From the moment I spoke to Quon, my anxiety level lowered. I explained what I needed, and within a few hours, Andreas showed up at our door and went straight to work assembling our new bed. Andreas worked quickly and was very professional. Quon also kept me updated on Andreas’ eta up until he arrived at our home. The best communication I've ever experienced with a vendor. Total professionals, and I highly recommend them!
