I had a great experience with Pemberton Home Solutions. I contacted them because my ceiling fan had become loose and was literally hanging from the ceiling, and I was concerned it could eventually fall.

He arrived promptly, communicated very well, and quickly figured out what was causing the problem. While making the repair, he also discovered another issue that I wasn’t even aware of and took care of that as well. He explained what he found and let me know everything that had been repaired before leaving.

He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and his pricing was very reasonable. Most importantly, my ceiling fan is now secure and working the way it should. I really appreciate someone who takes the time to make sure the job is done correctly instead of just fixing the obvious problem and rushing out the door.

I would definitely recommend Pemberton Home Solutions and will use them again for future home repairs.
