ANSV did a great job inspecting our property for termite damage. Although we were not at the home at the time of inspection, ANSV stayed in contact with us on arrival and provided photos of inspected work. We will definitely hire again should the need arise.

My wife and I seen we had a termite problem in one of the walls of our sunroom. We knew we needed a professional to come out to evaluate the extent of the termite infestation. We went to the internet to find someone the exceptional comments. The comments of Mr. Pryor's customer's were far above anyone else's. Mr. Pryor preformed a very thorough termite inspection of our home. He inspected every room inside our home, attic, and crawl space. He sat down with us and advised us of his findings and answered all our questions. Mr. Pryor suggested the best course of addressing each of the problems he found. If your seeking someone to bring into your home I can't imagine anyone more professional than Mr. Roger Pryor. Five star rating!

Upon his arrival he was diligent in getting the task completed in a timely manner. We had set a later time in the week but he became available and penciled us in as he knew how important this inspection was to us. Could not ask for a more punctual, diligent, honorable, superb, detailed person to complete this assessment. Have you ever heard the term, “You get what you pay for”? Well sometimes cheaper doesn’t necessarily translate to job well done. He was so detailed that we were in awe. He found not termites but other structural issues and impressed upon us the urgency and importance to get it fixed. Now we couldn’t ask for a better inspector (yes I repeated myself 😆). He could have come and just done what he was being paid for but he has a keen eye and a kind heart. Listen, tell your friends and family if they want honest, detailed inspection - then they should not delay in calling; A.N.S.V HOME & PEST SERVICES!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am Not the CHEAPEST but I AM the most Competitive with my prices. I offer discounts for Military, Senior Citizens and Single Parents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial discussion, which typically can last 15-20 min so I can make sure I've answered all your questions, I email the inspection agreement for review and signature. once I've received that I confirm our appointment with you and your agent. the day of your inspection I reach out to you and your agent to confirm my arrival time and make sure I have all access information. once inspection is complete I give a Summary of my findings and share the photos I have taken. if the clients or the clients agent can't be at the property at the time of the inspection I send a summary text. once I return to my office I prepared a FULL, DETAILED report with typically 75-130 pictures. which I send to my clients and their agent on the DAY I complete the Home Inspection. After 48hrs I reach out to both my Client and the Agent to ask of there's any follow up questions I can answer.
