Roger was punctual, very thourough, professional and took the time necessary to investigate he entire home and documented everything, even on a 90*F humid day. He then took the time to explain the most serious issues and then sent his report with photos and video regarding everythng he observed. He did a fantastic job and I will use home again for our next homeinspection and highly recommend to anyone who needs a homeinspection or termite inspection!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am Not the CHEAPEST but I AM the most Competitive with my prices. I offer discounts for Military, Senior Citizens and Single Parents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial discussion, which typically can last 15-20 min so I can make sure I've answered all your questions, I email the inspection agreement for review and signature. once I've received that I confirm our appointment with you and your agent. the day of your inspection I reach out to you and your agent to confirm my arrival time and make sure I have all access information. once inspection is complete I give a Summary of my findings and share the photos I have taken. if the clients or the clients agent can't be at the property at the time of the inspection I send a summary text. once I return to my office I prepared a FULL, DETAILED report with typically 75-130 pictures. which I send to my clients and their agent on the DAY I complete the Home Inspection. After 48hrs I reach out to both my Client and the Agent to ask of there's any follow up questions I can answer.
