- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to my pricing, I am fair I’m reasonable and I’m flexible. Within reason. I’m willing to work with anyone. Also depending on how often I see the client, weekly,biweekly, or monthly I offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have a phone conversation. customer letting me know exactly what they want done, then I’ll tell the customer exactly what to expect. I encourage the customer to ask any questions or concerns that they may have, then I would schedule a date and time for me to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes for Many years. I have taken sanitation course so that I can properly clean and sanitize every home I clean.
