They arrived to my home after a few mishaps with their previous job and did a wonderful job digging out the areas I needed done. Unfortunately an internet wire was cut in the process but it was no biggie, just make sure to call the dig line before any digging is done. I would use them again. They were precise and professional getting the job done.

Asked about a tiny job at my new house. Sent photos as requested, and also gave an explanation since the photos weren't totally clear. They quoted me at $700 so I said, "I think I'll do it myself, thanks anyway!" To which the responded "I have to bring my whole truck in. If you don't want to pay, do it yourself." Why so aggressive? I never gave the slightest hint that I would hire them before the estimate. Trying to be tough, or intimidating? Pissed they lost the job, after 7 text messages? Who knows, I certainly don't care. The other contractors I approached did not react this way to me saying, "no thank you". I would avoid. Screenshots of the conversation below. Update: 10:44am He continued texting me, called me a failure and said I'm only in this world to hurt people. Absolutely wild thing to say to a potential client. Screenshot below.
