So far kay has been great with communication & really helpful in achieving the look that myself and my bridesmaids are striving for. She’s so easy to be around and sweet in nature. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have some fees but some can be waived. Please make sure to ask questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to make sure my client is completely comfortable and relaxed during their service. I love for them to have a great experience from when they enter to when they leave. Before I start with makeup application I like to start with a consultation basically asking questions to provide the best application for their event. After application I like to ask if there are some things they would like me to change if there are to make sure they leave satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught makeup artist. I have trained myself through videos, tons of books and I also sat in a couple of art classes to strengthen my skills.
