Sudden flavas catered our wedding and the food was fantastic. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. They sincerely went above and beyond our expectations. They prepared a lot of the food on site with their own grill that wasn't in the way at all. We had more than enough food and plenty of leftovers for guests to take plates home. I would not only recommend but encourage anyone else to book sudden flavas for any event.

Some catering teams just deliver food. Others deliver peace of mind on a platter. Sudden Flavas did both—and then some. This was my first time hosting a family event, so I came in with a mix of excitement and “I hope I don’t forget anything.” From the very beginning, Allison made sure that wasn’t going to happen. She was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and truly knowledgeable about catering needs. She didn’t just take an order—she asked thoughtful questions, helped me think through the flow of the event, and even offered helpful tips I’ll definitely be using for future gatherings. When it came to execution, Frankie and Kenneth showed up right on time and ready to work. They handled the drop-off and setup with professionalism and care, making sure everything was arranged beautifully and functioning exactly as it should before they left. That kind of attention to detail gave me the confidence to focus on my guests instead of worrying about logistics. And then… the food. Chef Woah absolutely delivered. Every dish was flavorful, memorable, and carried a signature twist that clearly reflects his New Orleans roots. You could taste the intention in every bite. On top of that, he was incredibly accommodating with a few last-minute updates, which made a huge difference in pulling everything together seamlessly. What stood out most about Sudden Flavas was how invested they were in making sure my event went smoothly.
