This was my first time hosting a family event, so I came in with a mix of excitement and “I hope I don’t forget anything.” From the very beginning, Allison made sure that wasn’t going to happen. She was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and truly knowledgeable about catering needs. She didn’t just take an order—she asked thoughtful questions, helped me think through the flow of the event, and even offered helpful tips I’ll definitely be using for future gatherings.
When it came to execution, Frankie and Kenneth showed up right on time and ready to work. They handled the drop-off and setup with professionalism and care, making sure everything was arranged beautifully and functioning exactly as it should before they left.
That kind of attention to detail gave me the confidence to focus on my guests instead of worrying about logistics.
And then… the food. Chef Woah absolutely delivered. Every dish was flavorful, memorable, and carried a signature twist that clearly reflects his New Orleans roots. You could taste the intention in every bite.
On top of that, he was incredibly accommodating with a few last-minute updates, which made a huge difference in pulling everything together seamlessly.
What stood out most about Sudden Flavas was how invested they were in making sure my event went smoothly.
They took the time to understand what I needed, made thoughtful recommendations, and executed everything with care and precision.
