Komi is not just like most with a pressure washing machine that wheels around. He has a flatbed that I would guess has $15-20K of professional power washing equipment. It all runs from the powerful equipment on the flat bed. I’ve never seen such beautiful results. He is a perfectionist and a professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our jobs based on the square footage of the projects our customers request an estimate about. whether it's a house wash, driveway/Sidewalks cleaning, roof wash, deck/patio or fence cleaning we price by the square footage. Sometimes the height of a building can be a factor in the pricing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is gathering information about the client (name, phone, email, address) and the scope of the job(what exactly the client needs done. Then a free estimate is given to the customer to be approved or denied. If approved, the customer's job is scheduled. And the job is performed on the date and time it was scheduled for. Once customer is notified of completion and invoice (pictures attached) is sent, then payment is due. It's that simple!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no academic program for pressure washing per se but there are numerous pro training seminars that keep us on point and allow us to perfect our work.
