- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients should know it depends on the sqft of the home. I do offer discounts to veterans, law enforcement or a family going through rough times. I typically have a flat rate fee depending on the scenario of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I greet the customer and let them know about what I do as a business and also I would like to know more about them, so that both the customer and I can find the greatest solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have prior six years training in the military and as always done some type of pressure washing. It wasn't related to my MOS however I've been called on different duties to fulfill those needs of whatever needs to be done.
