FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can discuss once we have a conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: I would start by scheduling an initial consultation with the new customer. This can be done in person, over the phone, or through video conferencing, depending on the customer's preference and location. Needs Assessment: During the consultation, I would ask the customer questions to understand their real estate goals, budget, desired location, and any specific features or preferences they have for a property. Education: If the customer is buying a home, I would provide them with information about the local real estate market, current trends, and the home-buying process. For sellers, I would explain the selling process and discuss pricing strategies. Pre-Approval (For Buyers): If the customer is a buyer, I would recommend that they get pre-approved for a mortgage, which helps determine their budget and makes them more competitive in the market. Property Search (For Buyers): Based on the customer's preferences and budget, I would search for suitable properties, create a list of potential options, and schedule property viewings. Property Listing (For Sellers): For sellers, I would assist in preparing the property for sale, including staging, professional photography, and creating a compelling listing. Property Tours and Negotiations: I would accompany buyers on property tours, answer their questions, and provide information about each property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
