- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price for our exceptional service is fair market value per hour. We always encourage our future clients to read our terms and condition to better understand our pricing policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer contact's us, and employee from 360 Snapshots will get back to them in 2 hrs. We then set up a phone/email/video consultation where we discuss event dates, times, location and pricing information. We go over in details the terms and condition, travel constraints and notary needs. It is our process to meet in a safe and public place that's conducive for doing business.

Our owner and team members all have licensing and certificates plus great customer service experience in order to better serve our Clients.
