Cleyon is a life saver. We had a plumbing emergency, and not only did he come when he said he would, but he was also early. He jumped right in, quickly fixed the problem, and corrected some other plumbing issues we had been having. He gave us a lot of "bang for our buck." I will definitely use him again.

Cleyon was timely and professional in the removal of my old water heater and installation of the new one. My old heater was calcified. So, getting the water to drain out was an arduous process. He was very patient and worked with it until it was completely drained which took about an hour or so. Because this was a warranty replacement, Cleyon was patient yet again as I had to deal with the manufacturer and THD’s warranty department. He made some much appreciated recommendations to help extend the life of my new tank. All in all, I will definitely use Pro Image Plumbing again.
