Great experience with Pro-image. Installed new toilet. I had gotten 12in rough in and needed 10in. He came to Lowe’s with me and got replacement. I also had a garbage disposal issue which ironically happened the night before our scheduled appt so he fixed that too. Very good to work with and will call back if needed more help. Don’t hesitate and hire these guys!

They did a great job installing smart toilets, vanity, faucets and a vessel sink. The vessel sink required drilling holes into porcelain tiles and they did a neat job with that too. They were quick to provide estimates and worked with our schedule. Thank you!

Cleyon was timely and professional in the removal of my old water heater and installation of the new one. My old heater was calcified. So, getting the water to drain out was an arduous process. He was very patient and worked with it until it was completely drained which took about an hour or so. Because this was a warranty replacement, Cleyon was patient yet again as I had to deal with the manufacturer and THD’s warranty department. He made some much appreciated recommendations to help extend the life of my new tank. All in all, I will definitely use Pro Image Plumbing again.
