Even though we called around the holidays, they were open and honest about there being a delay on sending someone out. Once scheduled the person they sent was prompt for the appointment. They estimated the repairs and then did the work on the spot. Other roofing companies tried to diagnose the problem before coming out and told me I could fix it myself. That was not the case, but they couldn't know that unless they came out.

They responded to me request quickly and set up an appointment. When Michael Gohm showed up he was ready to do a repair on the spot if needed, but we decided the job was bigger than just a patch, so we planned for him to come back the next day and replace a large section of the roof. The next day he arrived with his crew and finished earlier than he said he would. The roof looks good and the crew picked up and took the debris away. Good work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each roof has different dimensions and each home or business has different damages so there is no standard pricing, A representative or myself will explain the different options available: ridge vent-drip edge- type of shingle - etc. that affects pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have traditional values so I always believe in face to face meetings at the customers home or business where the work will be preformed where I can give a written estimate and a verbal walk through of work to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was brought up in Atlanta with my father being a residential builder, my brother and I have always been involved in something to do with construction our whole lives. Summit Roofing crews are the best in the business with over 150 roofs completed with 0 callbacks for leaks or workmanship ! All safety and installation processes standard in the industry are observed on each job.
