What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each roof has different dimensions and each home or business has different damages so there is no standard pricing, A representative or myself will explain the different options available: ridge vent-drip edge- type of shingle - etc. that affects pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have traditional values so I always believe in face to face meetings at the customers home or business where the work will be preformed where I can give a written estimate and a verbal walk through of work to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was brought up in Atlanta with my father being a residential builder, my brother and I have always been involved in something to do with construction our whole lives. Summit Roofing crews are the best in the business with over 150 roofs completed with 0 callbacks for leaks or workmanship ! All safety and installation processes standard in the industry are observed on each job.
