Terry and Manuel were professional, patient, and punctual in the work they performed on my house. I moved into a new house and discovered mold and water damaged inside of one of my walls. The leak was in a "dead valley" and required removal of water-damaged wood, undoing previously failed roofing attempts to address the leak, putting in underlayment, reshingling, and exterior siding replacement. The leak was extremely hard to find and took them several visits to locate it, however, they were open, honest, and consistently in contact with me throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel like they were misleading me or financially taking advantage of me. These guys went above and beyond my expectations in addressing my roof leak. I will continue to use them in the future.

Even though we called around the holidays, they were open and honest about there being a delay on sending someone out. Once scheduled the person they sent was prompt for the appointment. They estimated the repairs and then did the work on the spot. Other roofing companies tried to diagnose the problem before coming out and told me I could fix it myself. That was not the case, but they couldn't know that unless they came out.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each roof has different dimensions and each home or business has different damages so there is no standard pricing, A representative or myself will explain the different options available: ridge vent-drip edge- type of shingle - etc. that affects pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have traditional values so I always believe in face to face meetings at the customers home or business where the work will be preformed where I can give a written estimate and a verbal walk through of work to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was brought up in Atlanta with my father being a residential builder, my brother and I have always been involved in something to do with construction our whole lives. Summit Roofing crews are the best in the business with over 150 roofs completed with 0 callbacks for leaks or workmanship ! All safety and installation processes standard in the industry are observed on each job.
