Had a leaking roof, called Wolf Restoration to come give an estimate. He looked at the job and gave an estimate. We decided to go with his estimate (Which wasn’t cheap). He repaired the issue “Allegedly” … few days later it rained. The leak is still there. Contacted him back to inform him the leak is still there. He came right out to check it out…. Come to find out, the very first time he looked at the issue, he didn’t do a good job of examining the entire situation. So now he’s telling us it will cost more money to repair the issue. However, he was called the first time to fix the issue which he didn’t…. And now he want to charge A LOT more than the first estimate we already paid him to fix the issue we had from the onset.
