He did a great job on the tile repair, but check everything carefully when the job is finished. If you find a small problems later it’s difficult to get him to come back more than once. He doesn’t respond to messages promptly some times not at all. He needs to improve communication with customers.

I needed my sink opening in a granite countertop enlarged unexpectedly (new sink was ever so slightly too big) and it had to be done in situ, because it's two days before Thanksgiving with company coming. Martell made it happen at half the cost I had been quoted elsewhere. Excellent work. 10/10 would hire again.
