The total time from purchase to install was about 4 weeks. They did 11 windows and it took about 3 weeks before they reached out to schedule the install. The communication after the sale was lacking in my opinion. The scheduling of the techs were short noticed and I wasn’t able to reach any one via phone call, only delayed text messaging. With the communication piece fixed, it would be a 5 star service.

I am thoroughly pleased with every aspect and component of this process. Communication was A1! Service was even better! I was told that my windows would be ordered and arrive in a week and installed in one day. I wasnt expecting that to happen but they arrived early and were in fact installed professionally in one day! Carl was the best! Highly recommended!
