The total time from purchase to install was about 4 weeks. They did 11 windows and it took about 3 weeks before they reached out to schedule the install. The communication after the sale was lacking in my opinion. The scheduling of the techs were short noticed and I wasn’t able to reach any one via phone call, only delayed text messaging. With the communication piece fixed, it would be a 5 star service.
