- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start off a new client relationship, I start with a small conversation to get to know the customer to see just what they’re looking for, as in what career field they’re applying for. I’ll then give an estimate based on the services they need, along with their experience and go from there. While working on the job, I make sure I’m there every step of the way by keeping the customer posted.
