- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project and gathering details, including photos when available. Once I understand the scope of work, I provide an estimate and schedule a convenient time. On the day of service, I arrive prepared, complete the work professionally, clean up the work area, and make sure the customer is satisfied before the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, flooring installation, plumbing fixture replacement, electrical fixture installation, and general property repairs. My background includes residential and commercial maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and project work requiring attention to detail and quality workmanship.
