What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Value Pricing Packages Business Owners that are aware of their finances make better business decisions. This requires that your books are balanced and reconciled, and that you review your monthly financial reports. To help you with this we offer affordable value priced bundle packages for our routine bookkeeping services. Quickbooks Online Plus Discounts I offer a significant discount on Quickbooks Online Plus Subscriptions for customers that do not currently have accounting software, or for those interested in transitioning from another vendor or Quickbooks Desktop. This subscription is yours to keep, however pricing at this low rate is only available at Beyond Paper. *Must be enrolled in one of our affordable routine bookkeeping packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My processes are customized for specific client needs based on their industry and company size. During the onboarding process, a dedicated Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist will be assigned to your account. Therefore, you will always know who to call if you have any questions about your books An open line of communication is essential, however we respect that as a business owner or manager that your time is extremely valuable.
