Matthew the owner is the most polite, helpful guy I've come across. He was quick to come by when I contacted him for an assessment after I found a dead rat outside my home. He gave the home a good inspection, gave me an honest assessment that put my mind at ease, answered all my questions patiently, and gave me several tips on what I could do to prevent/catch rats.
