- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally apply the service charge fee to the cost of the repair if the client wants to get appliance serviced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve obtained my HVAC technician certification and taken other training classes that will allow me to be able to work on any household major appliances.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in middle school my dad told me that he would teach me a trade that would allow me to take care of my family and work for myself. My dad started training me how to provide great customer service, diagnose appliances, take appliances apart and rebuild them, and how to install appliances. I knew then that repairing appliances was calling and I have been in the appliance business ever since. I even taught my own children how you can learn a trade and be successful no matter what because every household has appliances and this trade will never end.
