I have over 26 years of experience as an HVAC technician. I show up on time to all my appointments and if anything prevents me from being punctual I will always give a courtesy call. Xavier came out the same day that I requested service for my gas range. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue very quickly. It was an educational process for me as Xavier succinctly explained step by step my oven's unique features that I didn't know existed. He knows his trade and is a super-nice guy! I would not hesitate to call on him again if I have a problem with my appliances.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally apply the service charge fee to the cost of the repair if the client wants to get appliance serviced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve obtained my HVAC technician certification and taken other training classes that will allow me to be able to work on any household major appliances.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in middle school my dad told me that he would teach me a trade that would allow me to take care of my family and work for myself. My dad started training me how to provide great customer service, diagnose appliances, take appliances apart and rebuild them, and how to install appliances. I knew then that repairing appliances was calling and I have been in the appliance business ever since. I even taught my own children how you can learn a trade and be successful no matter what because every household has appliances and this trade will never end.
