- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers should know that my fee is $300 with or without a tip jar most private contractors will charge $500 or more for their events. I'm truly giving a discount for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a dishwasher,a sous chef, a bartender, a bar manager and I also have been a regional bar trainer for one of America's chain restaurants. Just recently graduating with A.A.S degree in Culinary Science/Culinary Arts and B.S. In FoodService Management. SafeServ certifications Health, Food and Alcohol and Purchasing and may other certificates.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with professionals,nonprofessionals, kids and their parents,chefs, bartenders, retirees,and trucking companies. I'm pretty much a well-rounded people person.
