Full Belly Event Services went above and beyond to ensure our catering and DJ needs were met for our daughter’s wedding on 11/1/2025. The open communication between the owner and I during the months leading up to the wedding always made me feel at peace. He had us out, a couple of months prior to the wedding, for a tasting of the food selections chosen for the reception dinner & once we voiced our opinions; there was no hesitation to change anything we disliked. Food quality and portion quantity were both highly satisfactory; responsiveness, work quality & professionalism of the owner and his staff 10/10; in addition to offering budget friendly packages, regardless of how small or large your budget may be! There is no doubt about it, when there is a catering or DJ need for our family or friends, Full Belly Event Services is our first choice. PS: Their filet mignon is out of this world!!

The food is amazing!!! They also provide full service event needs. The Dj kept the post going all night and the bartender was on point! Would definitely book them again.

Full Belly did an amazing job for my wedding on 9/20/25!! They hand served all of our guest and we all were very impressed! We had 250 guest in attendance and everyone was accounted for. Dishes we beautiful and the food was DELICIOUS! Recommended their lasagna!!! 10/10 catering experience.

Full Belly Experience was everything! Mr. Cordale was very professional and helpful throughout the night. The music quality was top tier we really enjoyed our time last night. This party was for my 16 year old daughter and normally kids don’t dance but with the music that he played everyone got on the floor to dance! Thank you so much for making her experience top tier!

I only do events based on your budget. I have no setup or service fees. I also provide servers for all event types
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk in person. I take an old approach with my clients. We do tastings and meet in person. I am the owner and person you will meet when we get together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school Le Cordon Bleu Worked in the culinary field for over 12 years All mainstream restaurants. Red Lobster, Longhorn, Jim N Nick’s BBQ , etc so I can give you a wide variety of different foods.
