The technicians were professional, honest and reasonable. At a time when clean air is so important they made sure my vents and ducts were clean and sanitized. I would absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family!

No work was done/no issue was found with my HVAC so I can't speak for quality of actual service. But the employees seemed nice. I still paid the on-site/visit fee, which is standard so I understand.

The two techs was very professional and knowledgeable with explaining their cleaning process from beginning to end as well as other comfort central services that may be helpful to me in the future. Cleaned up behind themselves and was very careful of how they maneuverd throughout my home with all their equipment. My wife and I was very impressed that Comfort Central obviously trains their techs that customer service is more valuable to the customer than the service itself. Which I have seen many other company's have forgotten.
