I normally don’t write reviews at all but Keith really came through for me. I tried installing 3 nest myself and ended up having issues. Keith was super responsive and even came out Sunday morning to work on my units. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the problem and even did some rewriting. Had me back up and running within a few hours. His pricing was reasonable as well. I highly recommend Keith. If you have an AC/heating problem Keith is the man to call. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very transparent and fair I always try to give a fair price and if there is a big job I can always try to give a discount to the customer for doing a big project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by asking what they need done on the property and then I can get an idea of what it is, then I go and see the project and give an estimate and there I can give a price for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have, has been acquired on the field, I have learned next to very skilled workers and I have been in the industry for a long time.
