FAST and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Shennor was very courteous and very knowledgeable of his work. He came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it less than 10 minutes. The initial response was also fast. He even called to see if he can come in earlier which was nice because the house was cold. Thank you very much Shennor for your professionalism.
