I’ve hired a number of contractors for both small and large jobs over the last few years, and DMC is my new, absolute #1 go-to from here on out!
I had an attic door & folding steps installed that required widening/cutting the ceiling, reframing, and painting, an attic storage flooring prepared, squeaky steps repaired throughout, and the upstairs hallway flooring repaired and laminate installed.
I was truly impressed from start to finish, something I’ve yet to experience as a home owner of 15 years. From DMC’s responsiveness, office scheduling, the estimate, materials ordering (it literally took them 1 day!) to the high quality oversight of a friendly manager who popped in and out with pristine timeliness & organization, professionals’ execution, and the overall project value - I really could not be happier.

Hired DMC to complete minor changes to my basement. This included adding 2 doorways and hanging 3 doors. The quality of the work completed was excellent. It took a bit longer than I anticipated but all in all it was well done! I would definitely rehire!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work off a pricing network for insurance company.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get a document signed to go on property and in house stating that we are taking precautions about Covid. We like to meet with homeowner and make sure we are looking at everything they want done. And getting them a price for their work. If it is an insurance claim we can also work with your adjuster to make sure what's covered and getting them all required documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this line of work for over 30 years. I am always learning the new techniques and styles.
