- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work off a pricing network for insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get a document signed to go on property and in house stating that we are taking precautions about Covid. We like to meet with homeowner and make sure we are looking at everything they want done. And getting them a price for their work. If it is an insurance claim we can also work with your adjuster to make sure what's covered and getting them all required documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this line of work for over 30 years. I am always learning the new techniques and styles.
