Amanda and her team really saved my wedding day!!! They were amazing and because they were there I didn't have to worry about anything. The decorations are set up in a timely manner for ceremony and reception. Amanda was very responsive and professional. I happened to talk to Amanda while I was looking for decoration for my daughter’s birthday. Right from the start Amanda was trying to understand what I was looking for. I had a budget I could afford and Amanda helped me to visualize beautiful decors that was in my budget. She made sure to communicate everything about the decor and was proactive. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing will include travel, setup and breakdown. Our team approaches each project with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective. We understand that every client is unique, and so is every event. That’s why we tailor our services and pricing to suit your individual needs, ensuring a personalized and stress-free planning experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear understanding of what my clients require; their needs, their budget and most importantly, their vision for the event. To start off, I’d schedule a quick 30 minute consultation call, after the details are discussed, I prepare an invoice with the estimated cost for the event. Once we’ve aligned on the cost, a contract is shared and we move into the planning process to execute the event.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing personal projects until it turned into my passion. I was planning birthday parties, office/work events, weddings etc until I realized this is something I enjoy doing, so I decided to pursue my own business.
