. I have been employed by a lumber company which was Williams Brothers since 1994 and still at present. I created my own business in 2008 installing and repairing windows and doors from my own experience this company taught me. I've repaired broken windows, door break-ins, and installed burglar bar doors and interior trims. I've also installed laminate wood flooring. Floyd was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable of the work. He noticed and explained the issue with my storm dorm as soon as he saw it. Worked quickly and was honest about the door. I scheduled a patio door installation and then decided to do it myself. I got my old sliding glass door out and the door I purchased was about 1.25 too wide. The next day I told him that my house was open and he came immediately. We laughed about it but I thank him for coming through and widening the rough opening and saving the day.
