- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make a living not a killing. We work with customers to give them as many options as possible and get them results within their budgets. Ask us about our Apples to Apples comparison rates before siding with another electrician. Choosing the Boswell Electric Team means joining the Boswell Family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with customers in person so we have the one on one time to educate them about their home or businesses current electrical system, the electrician would then conduct our safety evaluation and sit down to go over proposals and options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 10 years of experience but the company has 60 years of experience and we work hard to make sure that the information we have is taught and shared among all of our electricians. We employ skilled technicians between Journeyman and Master Electrician.
