- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing system instead of hourly, so if a job takes longer than expected it’s on us, not you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we figure out the customers needs, then we collect all of their information, schedule the appointment, and show up on time to complete the scheduled work, of course after giving an upfront price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electrician go through continuing education every year to learn all the new code updates and to keep up to date with new technology.
