My house had questionable wiring done before I moved in and they were able to fix the wiring in the wall, and even alerted me to a (relatively serious) hazard in the breaker box.
The job was done quickly and well, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about the wiring issues that even the home inspector didn't find.

They came in and gave me upfront pricing for what I needed done (GFCIs and junctionbox covers installed). Very affordable and professional. Even took the time to explain the work afterwards. Repaired some lighting and ground issues as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing system instead of hourly, so if a job takes longer than expected it’s on us, not you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we figure out the customers needs, then we collect all of their information, schedule the appointment, and show up on time to complete the scheduled work, of course after giving an upfront price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electrician go through continuing education every year to learn all the new code updates and to keep up to date with new technology.
