Elegance Designs by Jackie did an excellent job designing the balloon for my 30th birthday celebration as well as the table decor. I will always ask her to continue to decorate and setup all of our family occasions

Ms. Jackie did a wonderful job come through to create a surprise balloon arch over my daughter’s room for her birthday/ graduation which stayed up for a month!
