After 6 years of my Total Gym 1400 sitting in my closet unassembled, I reserved time with Steven Gregory at KITSET, because he communicated effectively his level of experience, attention to detail, and scope of work to complete the task! I would read the owner’s manual occasionally, but there were so many items in the box and the instructions were ambiguous! Steven was so very professional and motivated to solve the issues! He assembled my Total Gym expertly without fail! After assembled Steven trained on the security features of the equipment and trained on various different functions of specific parts! Steven demonstrated some beginner starter exercises as illustrated in the flip chart attached to the verticals column. I have remaining tasks to learn to exercise effectively on the Total Gym, but Steven built my confidence to take the beginning steps for success! I plan to continue hiring Steven in some future assembly projects possibly June and July 2026! Thanks, Steven for your superior work ethic and superior mechanical skills! Darlene McMillan

Kitset came out today to put together my Swinging wicker egg chair. I couldn't be more pleased. They were on time, in fact a bit early and set up this chair in no time flat. They cleaned once it was done and I now have a new piece of beautiful furniture. I would highly recommend them.
