I highly recommend Perez. Services for any of your home improvements needs. We recently hired him for handyman services which included furniture assembly and installing a deadbolt lock. He arrived early, and completed both jobs seamlessly. He was also professional and courtesy. I will certainly rehire him for and future handyman or home improvement needs. Lastly, he responded promptly to my inquiry and provided a reasonable price quote.
