The Nava Team was able to work on my issue immediately. They arrived on time provided a reasonable quote and performed the work way quicker than expected. Talk about under promise and over deliever. He even pointed out some additional issues with my electrical and was willing to come in another day to communicate with the previous handyman/electrician who did work on the electrical.

Had Osman & his associate come out to install a few new outlets for a renovation we are doing. We got lucky and they were able to complete the job on the day they came to give the estimate. our pricing is very competitive when you compare to the the big companies and we do offer discounted price for any particular task of 2 or more, for example
1 outlet replacement $80
2 or more outlets replaced $ 60ea
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we take appointment very seriously , so that been said we will be at the time agreed .
Second is we listen very carefully to what the customer needs are and make sure that the customer needs are met by the time we leave the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the electrical industry since 2005 right out of high school , talking multiple courses and classes at the IEC trade school in doraville many times .
