- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering a 10% discount until December 15th for any customer who is spending $160 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial walk through to get an idea of the customers exact expectations. I explain to them the chemical solutions I use and what I use them on. After completion of the property I do a final walk through. If the customer notices anything missed or not to their liking it is fixed immediately. We don’t leave until the customer is satisfied with the work provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained all the way from an cleaner to a corporate manager in a nation wide cleaning company. They taught me everything from what chemicals to use, what they do, what they can be used on and much more. This ensures that the improper cleaning solution won’t be used on the wrong surface.
