She simply just did not show up.
Scheduled her to come for a cleaning. Discussed prior to scheduling that I needed laundry done which I have the washer and dryer in the home. She agreed and told me she does airbnb flips which made me happy because I assumed she knew what cleaning an Airbnb entails, I guess not. Day off, I sent her my cleaning list which included laundry, cleaning out the fridge and microwave (i.e. if there’s any leftover food or stains in it), and clean out the oven and dishwasher IF used which they rarely are. Also listed is polishing the countertop and tables which should be a standard thing to do because why wouldn’t clean off the countertops and tables. Instead I was told that I would be charged more than the original price discussed because of the tasks (laundry, polishing, appliances). I never received what the increase in price would be or a response at all. Poor professionalism at its finest.
