- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes labor, haul-away, and disposal. We charge based on volume, weight, and location. Our minimum starts at $175 and includes 2 people for up to 2 hours within a 15-mile radius. Additional time, heavy items, or long distances may incur extra charges. We’re always upfront and transparent so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or text to get a feel for what’s being removed. Then we schedule an in-person or photo-based estimate. Once approved, we set a date, arrive on time, and handle all the heavy lifting. You don’t have to lift a finger — we load, haul, and clean up. You’re left with peace of mind and a clear space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in exercise science, which taught me discipline, structure, and the value of consistent work ethic. I also run multiple businesses, which gives me strong logistics and project management skills to handle jobs of all sizes professionally and efficiently.
