- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide reasonable pricing and price jobs accordingly. Jobs are priced based on material and labor and size of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will reach out to customers to set up appointment's for an estimate! During the appointment we will find out exactly what services the customer wants and needs. Afterwards we will work up an estimate based on service and materials discussed and provide that via email and also a project timeline. We too like to maintain an easy and accessible clear line of communication with the customer to address all needs and concerns to ensure all services rendered are satisfactory to the customers expectations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an extensive background in construction and landscaping with many years of experience. We are a very reliable, dedicated and devoted team to servicing our customer with reasonably priced projects in a timely fashion.
