The gentleman who came out arrived early and waited in my driveway until the exact appointment time. He was friendly and courteous and promptly started on the project. He completed the project in about 20 minutes and explained what he did. If I could, I would have chosen all 5 of the above qualities.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricings depends on make and model of car. most rekeys are $15, two minimum Lockouts are always negotiable
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All hands on training from a professional locksmith.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was driving a tow truck and had to call a locksmith for my keys. Once he was done and payed, I realized I was in the wrong profession. He explained to me how to get my money back and then hired and trained me. So if a job's too big for me, he can make it happen. Be nice to all, you never know whos willing to help you.
