- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sometimes the client has a clear idea of what they want. Other times, they may rely heavily on my creative input. Either way, I like the client to sketch out their logo idea, regardless of their artistic ability. It gives me a glimpse into their mind. Believe me, I have transformed even the messiest of sketches into professional branding, and surprised my client by its' accuracy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was recently ACE certified in Adobe Photoshop CS6. I have over 10 years experience in marketing professionally for corporate and non-profit organizations, and I regularly take on design jobs to keep my creativity flowing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child, I wanted to become a cartoonist for Walt Disney, but as computers became more and more influential, I found ways of mixing the two together into digital art and graphic design. From there I began to incorporate vector imagery to create branding work, signage and vehicle graphics.
