What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have Chat available on our website 24/7 where a Discount Code can be requested. Our fees for services are also listed here, and services over $50 can be split into 4 payments when checking out with Shop Pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are able to go online, upload the forms they need Notarized, upload the front of their ID (or other eligible form of identification) and choose whether they need a physical signature and the signed documents mailed back to them or to a 3rd party, or to have their documents signed and returned via DropBox.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
