I started Under the Oak for a pretty simple reason: I love creating. There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking an idea in my head and turning it into something real. Something people can see, feel, and connect with. Real estate media gives me the chance to do exactly that while helping people bring their properties to life. Real estate photography has a reputation for being clean, polished, and professional, and I believe it should be. But I also think it can have a little personality. Too often, the experience of marketing a home can feel like just another transaction. Schedule the shoot. Take the photos. Send the gallery. Done. I wanted to create something different. Under the Oak is rooted in quality, but it’s also rooted in creativity and personality. I want the images to look professional and intentional while still giving each property the attention and creative thought it deserves. And just as importantly, I want the experience of working together to feel easy, exciting, and maybe even a little fun. At the end of the day, we're all working toward the same thing: helping buyers connect with a home and helping sellers put their property in the best possible light. If I get to use my creative talent to help make that happen, that's a pretty great win-win. I'm not trying to reinvent real estate media. I'm just trying to bring a little more creativity, care, and personality to it. You bring the property. I'll bring my camera.
