I was having a terrible recurring issue with my kitchen sink. Two other plumbers misdiagnosed it as an Insinkerator problem, but that wasn’t the case. I even tried a DIY fix from Home Depot with no success. To make matters worse, I had out-of-town guests arriving within 24 hours. Rob came to the rescue—arriving as early as 7:00 AM so I could still get to work. He was patient, professional, and truly understood the assignment. He went right to work and quickly identified the real issue: an impacted drain line. He fixed it efficiently and saved the day! Thank you, Rob! AO

Rob came same day and quickly installed a new faucet in my kitchen. So far no issues! $250 felt slightly high for about 30-45 minutes of work but that seems to be the average cost if you want it done well! I would use Rob for plumbing help in the future. Before & after photos included.

I had a clogged toilet in my third floor bathroom that resulted in multiple leaks all around my house. It was a complete disaster and I had no idea if the clog had caused that many problems. I reached out to a bunch of plumbers, and Rob was able to get here the very next morning. He was responsive, affordable and very patient. (I was not the easiest to deal with during all this because of my level of frustration with everything). He made sure I understood the problem and how to prevent it in the future. He was quick with the assessment of the issue and that speaks to his expertise. He was quick with the repairs and that speaks to his efficiency. He also replaced the bad filter in my toilet. Overall, everything has been rectified and this was a great experience. Definitely saving his phone number so I can refer him to all my friends and family and use him again should another issue like this arise!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my price on the level of difficulty and hazards exposure, so the more difficult and hazards usually means a hire price. I’m also a master plumber so you paying for my knowledge and skill set.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don’t have a standard for working with new people. I basically work with who hire’s me and that I’m capable of doing the work to my standards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to plumbing school for 5 years to obtain a journey man’s license and I went plumbing school again to obtain a master plumbers license.
