I've been burned with many contracting experiences. However, Rob restored my faith in honest business owners. I base my price on the level of difficulty and hazards exposure, so the more difficult and hazards usually means a hire price. I’m also a master plumber so you paying for my knowledge and skill set.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don’t have a standard for working with new people. I basically work with who hire’s me and that I’m capable of doing the work to my standards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to plumbing school for 5 years to obtain a journey man’s license and I went plumbing school again to obtain a master plumbers license.
