What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a saying that you can get things good and fast, good and cheap, or fast and cheap - never all 3. I beg to differ. I offer professional quality at a competitive price in a short amount of time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Speak with client to find out their website needs.
2. If customer has their own design, I will work to build their website from the provided design.
3. If customer needs a design, I will create 2-3 designs to show customers my ideas for their site.
4. Client will decide on design.
5. If web copy is needed, I will write persuasive, grammatically correct copy for the website.
6. Any functionality is added, including contact forms, clickable links, social media information, and any other important information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been designing and developing websites for about 15 years now. In early 2021, I decided to enroll in a web development bootcamp to add to my knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and Wordpress.
